Earrings can't be returned once the seal's broken — hygiene, not us being difficult. Everything else can go back within 14 days, unworn and in its original packaging.

Ring sizing shouldn't be a science experiment. Three sizes, US/UK/mm, all sorted below — measure a ring that already fits across the inside, match it to the closest one, done..

- US 8 / UK P / 18.2mm
- US 9 / UK R / 19.0mm
